Create reports

Create a transaction report and save queries for re-use.

Create a one-off report

To create a one-off report:

  1. In the Unity Portal, go to Report & search > Report.
  2. Set your filters. You'll need to select at least one intent and one funding type. You can combine multiple advanced filters. Learn more about the different filters.
  3. Click Apply in the bottom right.

Transactions that match your query are displayed in the Search results section.

Save a report query

You can save a query in order to easily re-run a report later or schedule a report.

To save a query:

  1. Create a report as described above.
  2. Click Save query in the top right. A modal opens.
  3. Give your query a descriptive name.
  4. Choose a file format.
  5. Optionally, add a description.
  6. Choose whether or not to include the header row. This setting is applied if you later decide to export the report.
  7. Click Save. A success message appears.

Your query is now saved as a personal query.

Load a saved query

To load a saved query:

  1. In the Unity Portal, go to Report & search > Report.
  2. Click Load saved queries in the top right. The Saved queries pane opens.
  3. Find the query you want to load. Note that queries are displayed in alphabetical order. If you have many queries, you can use the search function to narrow down the results.
  4. Click the reload icon (). The Saved queries pane closes and the search filters are updated.
  5. Click Apply to run the saved query.

Your results are displayed.

Duplicate a query

To duplicate an existing query:

  1. In the Unity Portal, go to Report & search > Report.
  2. Click Load saved queries in the top right. The Saved queries pane opens.
  3. Find the query you want to duplicate.
  4. Click the duplicate icon (). The Save query pane opens.
  5. Optionally, update the query settings.
  6. Click Save.

Your new query is saved.
