Permissions & scope
Learn about which reporting features each role has access to.
Scopes
Users can see only transactions that are associated with sites that are within their scope.
Scopes can be defined at the following levels:
- merchant group
- merchant
- site
To illustrate, let's take the example of a user with merchant-level scope for ACME UK, which has two sites. Even though ACME France is part of the same merchant group, the user will only see transactions related to ACME UK in the reports.
In order to use the scheduled reports functionality, Global Admins and Reports Builders need to have the merchant group scope.
