How it works
Learn about how Checkout Components work.
Overview
The checkout is the final stage of an ecommerce purchase journey and typically includes viewing the shopping cart, inputting shipping information, selecting delivery type and previewing information before purchasing. This may be a single page or multi-page journey.
Components are pieces of the checkout journey which can be integrated to customise, personalise, and expand checkout capabilities.
Integration
Checkout Components is offered as a Web Software Development Kit (SDK). Currently, it supports credit and debit card payments, with additional support for Apple Pay and PayPal coming soon.
Once installed, you can easily add the components of your choice to your project. We offer a wide range of components, from a fully-fledged new card input form to a standalone country selection drop-down. All components are designed with flexibility in mind and come with a variety of customisation options.
Key benefits
With Checkout Components, you benefit from:

- Streamlined integration: Our developer-friendly SDK is easy to integrate into your checkout and gives you full control over the design and function, with the flexibility to scale as needed.

- Scalable and secure transactions: We're PCI DSS compliant, with 3DS integration and secure tokenisation for every transaction.
